- Be sure to drain water from ALL of the piping and pump components.
- Verify that your tank has the proper pressure in it.
- Drain your suction line, if applicable.
- Verify that you have good, consistent incoming power.
- Remove your pressure transducer to prevent freezing.
- If you have a Cla-Valve (or similar) crack the top portion of the valve off from the base.
- Make a list of anything that needs repairing, so that you can budget these repairs before spring arrives.
